Expectations- Classroom Rules
  • No entering the classroom without a tutor 
  • No food or drinks  when entering the classroom- Only water in a clear bottle
  • Log onto a Chromebook
  • Complete 'Do Now' task
  •  Participate fully in your session
  • No Hands up- Questions- No opt out 
  • No use of mobile phones- unless instructed to by tutor
  • Learning Review booklets/ Knowledge organisers 
  • Remember to put Chromebooks at the end of session and remember to log out and put back on charge.

  • Explain how to research and develop ideas for creating an image
  • Be able to describe ways of combining styling, dressing and finishing techniques to create the completed look- you must include how you are implementing your temporary hair extensions
  • Be able to explain ways of presenting a created image and look effectively
  • Be able to describe the potential commercial benefits of developing and creating design work
  • Be able to state the importance of accurate planning, attention to detail and working to timescales
  • Be able to explain how the venue can affect the design plans
  • Be able to remedy problems that may occur with different opportunities for creating an image
  • Be able to outline the skills required for presenting the image
  • Be able to explain how other services can develop and complement the image and look

Evaluation 
Who can you obtain feedback from to ensure the best possible response in helping with the evaluation task?
• Colleagues.
• Manager.
• Photographer.
• Make-up artist.
• Competition judges.
The method used for feedback may depend on whom you are obtaining feedback from. It is advisable to obtain feedback from more than one source.

Evaluation ​
Methods of obtaining feedback:
• Hold a meeting for all who have been involved to discuss pre-plan points (to ensure you cover everything required).
• Use a questionnaire/evaluation form for the others involved.
• Ask questions to relevant people.
• Checklist self evaluation form to complete and discuss with relevant persons (manager).
Action:
• Discuss the above with your tutor to identify the most suitable method for you to use for your design image.
• If using a questionnaire and or self-evaluation checklist design this and have it ready for the event.
• If holding a meeting you will need to build this into the design plan.
• Make notes from the meeting, or if using questionnaires, evaluate the information and write a brief summary of the findings/outcome.
